Originated from the company vHC Project Development GmbH, which was founded in 1964 in Germany, the company Bold Real Estate GmbH was established in 2014.

The core business of the former company vHC Project Development was the development of wind and solar parks in the segment of renewable energies.
Due to an extraordinary interst on the part of investors and with the aim to open up new fields of business, the new company Bold Real Estate GmbH was established to cover the segments of real estate as well as renewable energies.

BOLD REAL ESTATE is a German real estate and infrastructure developer which is active in worldwide carefully selected countries with fast growing property and infrastructure markets. Beside turn-key projects our experienced teams develop in collaboration with our partners tailored real estate concepts what are adjusted in advance as well as during the whole development process with our institutional and privat investors. In this process we cooperate with international renowned architects who provide an outstanding quality to our projects and who ensure a surpassing appreciation value in the environment of the developments.

Our ambition is to socialize and to expand constantly our international network of partners what enables BOLD REAL ESTATE to ensure for our investors an optimal access to the international markets in Germany and outside Germany as well.
