BOLD REAL ESTATE develops upscale office and residential property as well as hotels in Germany and abroad.

Detailed location and potential analyses ensure that the combination of an appropriate project idea and optimal utilization concept becomes a success with appreation potential prior to its inception.
If these conditions are satisfied, an experienced team aligns the location safeguarding, obtaining building permits, the planning and development process as well as the preliminary construction measures.
For the marketing we design already during the developing process a marketing concept and acquire tenants for the property. Is a certain percentage of letting achieved, we initiate the sales process to one or several investors and attend the entire transaction of the sale process.
For major projects we also cooperate with partner companies during the development phase.

The real estate projects what are developed by BOLD REAL ESTATE, offer different expediencies to institutional and private investors as well as partners to participate in this projects.

With investors like private equity firms, real estate funds or hedge funds, who are seeking property as investment to complement their portfolios, we seek to make contact as early as possible. In this way it is possible to meet specific guidelines and demands of the investor during the developing phase.

Furthermore during the developing process we make the offer to private banks, asset managers as well as private investors, within the scope of club deals, to participate in the project financing.

PROSPECTIVE
DEVELOPMENT

International

Based on long-standing foreign business contacts in 2016 we start with first project developments in China, USA and Africa, in which international investors may participate.

In the USA we focus in the segments of upscale office and residential property on metropolises like Dallas and Denver.

Despite considerable overcapacities in the office and residential market there remain vastly development potentials in key locations in China.
Large urban projects in or around metropolisis like Beijing, Shanghai or Shenzhen generate strong demand for upscale office and residential space.
Therefore in China we focus especially developments like the new financial center Qianhai in the 12 million city of Shenzhen in the neigbourhood of Hong Kong, or the mega project JingJinJi in which the belt Beijing-Hebei Province-Tianjin should grow together to a huge megapolis with over 130 million citizens.

A number of African states like Ghana, Nigeria or Kenya have achieved - in Europe mostly unnoticed - an staggering development. In the sub-Sahara states the average economic growth has amounted to 5 percent.
